This past Thursday, AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm represented the company at the TCM Film Festival red carpet in Hollywood, which, considering her gimmick, made perfect sense. And while she would subsequently share several photos on Instagram before viewing “The Empire Strikes Back,” one photo received far more attention than the others. That is because she was accidentally photobombed by the legendary filmmaker George Lucas, who, for those unaware, was the brainchild behind the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises.
29-year-old Storm is considered by many to be one of the best gimmicks in the pro wrestling business, having transformed herself from a member of The Outcasts to a Golden Age of Hollywood starlet. Yet, while she is a great in-ring performer, her over-the-top promos are what really catch fans’ attention and often go viral online due to her outrageous statements, such as proclaiming she previously had an affair with Stan Hansen or claiming to be known worldwide as the “Luchawhore.”
