The start of a nine-day fan extravaganza begins tonight with All Elite Wrestling holding a special event of Bash At The Beach for its weekly episode of Dynamite tonight from Miami, Florida.
The extravaganza continues into next week when AEW sets sail on Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea: Part Deux.
In an interview with ESPN, AEW Executive Nick Jackson explained that because AEW only has four pay-per-views a year, it frees them to be able to make some Dynamite episodes feel different and special.
Our plan is to do four pay-per-views a year, so we realized we have to dress up some of the shows on Wednesday to not fall into a formula. Try to make some of them feel more special than other ones. That was the thinking process on this. To bring something back from the past that has such a cool history.Nick Jackson
