Absent AEW Talent In Town Ahead Of Double Or Nothing

Bang Bang Gang member Juice Robinson hasn’t wrestled since the November 1st episode of Dynamite, with him having been sidelined due to a back injury that required surgery. However, speculation has commenced that he could be set to return to AEW due to Fightful Select reporting he is in Las Vegas this weekend, where Double or Nothing is taking place. Of course, this doesn’t guarantee he’ll be appearing, as he could be in town supporting his wife, Toni Storm, who is wrestling Serena Deeb in a featured match.

“Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp has learned that AEW star Juice Robinson is in Las Vegas ahead of this weekend’s AEW Double or Nothing event.”

Apart from his AEW run, 35-year-old Robinson is also known for his time in New Japan due to being a three-time IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion. Yet fans with long memories may even remember him competing under the ring name CJ Parker in NXT, where he was far from the star he became in Japan. In fact, he would typically be used to put over WWE’s future stars like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Baron Corbin, and Sami Zayn before eventually requesting his release, feeling he could achieve success elsewhere.
