In a recent photo tweeted from his garage gym, 62-year-old former WWE and TNA wrestler Al Snow proves he continues to defy age with his impressive physique, showing off his muscular arms. Hashtagged #fitover60 and #competitioncontinues, the Attitude Era star’s image has garnered praise from fans, with many noting he looks even more jacked than during his wrestling days, and that age is no barrier to peak physical condition.
Snow, real name Allen Sarven, debuted in 1982, competing in his first recorded match against Kerry von Erich. Over time, he would become established as an enhancement talent while still highly regarded by those in the know as “the best-kept secret in wrestling.” Therefore, with ECW and SMW both needing talented, but unknown wrestlers in the mid-90s, he would get an opportunity to work for both promotions before joining WWE. However, his career didn’t really take off until he started coming to the ring with a mannequin head, which prompted fans to chant “Head! Head! Head!” and got him over as a star in the process.
