In heartbreaking news, it has been reported by Riot Lucha Libre that 22-year-old luchador Rey Destroller has passed away. The young freelancer landed on his head while attempting a scissor kick during a tag match also featuring his brother on March 2nd and subsequently had been hospitalized ever since. At the time of the injury, doctors only gave him a 10% chance of survival due to a blood clot in his brain, and sadly, there was no miraculous recovery.
