According to Us Magazine, Hulk Hogan’s estate faces a $10 million legal demand from Carma HoldCo Inc., filed January 20, 2026, in a Florida court. The celebrity branding firm alleges breach of contract, intellectual property theft, and misconduct, claiming former Carma employees poached Hogan and used stolen materials to develop and launch the “Real American Beer” in 2024. However, the defendants deny the claims and call the suit meritless.
Hulk Hogan, the iconic WWE legend, built a diverse business portfolio beyond wrestling. Famously, he launched restaurants like Hulk Hogan’s Pastamania in the 1990s, Hogan’s Beach eateries/bars, and retail outlets such as Hogan’s Beach Shop, which sold merchandise. Endorsements included products such as the Hulk Hogan Thunder Mixer blender and the Ultimate Grill. Still, his most recent venture, Real American Beer, was attracting far more attention than all the other projects after he agreed to a partnership with WWE to promote the beverage.
